Highlights

So, i started some test runs on my project. I initially want to make an Autobiography of the book, but not a particular one, just book. I have been researching the subject so far with luck, and new ideas coming to me every day. I want to make a book to remember. Often when politicians or celebrities write their autobiography, that mans they want to change their image and stripping to bare in front of people - readers. They want to gain sympathy etc. With book its simmilar, i want to bring book back to life and fight for this intimate feeling that used to be between reader and the book, which now has been replaced by screen based formats. I want to make an autobiography so people can sympathize with it again.

British Library

I went to see the collection of rare books in British Library, I thought I needed to go back to the roots to understand how much of a value book has.

inspired by movie

Here are some pictures from two movies Se7en and Number 23, where are examples of capturing important messages on paper by writing. This is how I imagine my final piece.

Hunterian Museum cont.

Hunterian Museum

To find a connections between book, life and death I went to Hunterian Museum. For inspirations....

moving on slowly...

I think I have an idea. I m going to make "living book" which would be an autobiography of the book itself. Story of the book from start to finish, development processes, progression. I want to use the actual autobiographies of an authors and other people as a source of information about my book. I want to bring it to life, i want the book to be have own rights and show a progress within time.
