Books are very close to me, my Grandfather back in 60-90s run a few bookshops, all under the name "Dom Ksiazki" in Poznan, PL. I was spendnig there hours every day, i still have some of his books, which now - after he passed away - i keep almost as if they are artifacts.
Sometime later, I have met work of an artist Anselm Kiefer and his collection called "the life of books" which in a way lead me towards my chosen subject of the book. The thought was to create a "living book".
